Drop it off Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or Saturday 10am to 1pm. We inspect it for free and call or WhatsApp you with a price. Most repairs are done in 1–2 days, so plan on a second trip to collect; screens and batteries are usually same-day when the part is in stock, so call first and you may only need the one.
Post it
Worth it when it's a MacBook or a Windows laptop and a 50-mile round trip, twice over, doesn't appeal.
Pack it well, send it tracked and keep the receipt. You'll have a quote within two working days of it arriving, and once you approve it most repairs are done and posted back within 1–3 days, with tracked return post usually under £12.99.
