Chromebooks can be cheap to buy, so the first thing we do is work out whether a repair makes sense. The inspection is free and you get a price before we touch anything; if a new one would cost about the same, we'll say so.
Worth knowing before you spend: every Chromebook has an end-of-updates date set by Google, after which it stops getting ChromeOS updates. We check yours before we quote, so you're not paying to repair a machine that's about to be retired.

School or work Chromebook?
Ask the school or employer first: some have insurance or a repair scheme of their own. If they say go ahead, bring it in. We repair the hardware; the enrolment and any restrictions they've set stay exactly as they are.

Bring it in or post it. We look first and find the fault. Nothing to pay to find out.
2. A price and straight advice
We tell you the price and whether the repair is cost-effective, so you can decide. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
3. Most repairs done in 1–2 days
Every repair is guaranteed for three months. If a part has to be ordered we tell you with the quote.
Getting your Chromebook to us
Bring it in
28 Eastbourne Road, Taunton, TA1 1SU. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 1pm. Drop it off and we inspect it for free. If you can, bring the charger with you so we can test the Chromebook with your own. In Somerset or Devon? See the areas we cover.
Post it
Our mail-in repair service covers the whole UK, Chromebooks included. Post it to us for the same free inspection and a price before you decide, with return postage usually under £12.99.
