Before you book a callout — please read
Callouts are our premium option: £100 for the first hour, then £85 per additional hour if the job needs more time on site.
The same work is usually much cheaper in the shop. If your machine can travel, bringing it in to 28 Eastbourne Road will almost always cost you less — and often gets fixed faster too.
Because the shop keeps us busy during the day, callouts usually take place between 7pm and 9pm.
Your callout is with Denis
All callouts are handled personally by Denis — the same person doing the board-level repairs at the bench. No call centre, no subcontractors: the person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up at your door.

We come out for the jobs that genuinely need doing on-site — new computer setup, Wi-Fi and networking issues, setup moves, multi-machine installs, builds and cabling. If it's computer trouble at your home or business, we can solve it. Call 07464 285752 to talk the job through first — if it would be cheaper handled in the shop, Denis will tell you straight.
